How We Work
Four clear steps from first conversation to finished work. No mysteries, no black boxes, no drawn-out “discovery phases” that never end.
01
Discovery Call
We start with a conversation — no pitch, no pressure. You tell us where you are, what you're building, what's going well, and what's keeping you up at night. We ask questions, take notes, and form a clear picture of your situation. By the end of the call, both sides know whether there's a fit. If there is, we outline next steps. If there isn't, we tell you honestly and point you in a useful direction.
02
Scoped Proposal
Within a week of the discovery call, you receive a written proposal. It includes the scope of work, specific milestones, expected deliverables, a timeline, and the senior person or team who will lead the engagement. Every line item is concrete — no vague promises, no “strategy phase” that runs indefinitely. You see exactly what you're getting, when you'll get it, and who will do the work.
03
Milestone Execution
Once the proposal is agreed, work begins. We embed with your team and execute in defined sprints or phases. Regular check-ins keep everything on track. Every milestone has a clear deliverable and a review checkpoint. If something needs to shift, we adapt — but the default is forward motion. You get senior-level work at every step, and you see progress at every checkpoint.
04
Handover & Scale
When the engagement wraps, we don't disappear. We document everything we built or set up, train your team on anything they need to own, and provide a clean handover package. If you need ongoing support, we structure a lighter fractional arrangement. If you're ready to run independently, we step back with a clear off-ramp. The goal is always to make you stronger, not to make you dependent.
